I got juried into the upcoming “Giants and Midgets”  show at the Alden Bryan in Jeffersonville, VT.

So I sent the big painting and looked around for some “midgets.”

I happened to be talking to the Gallery director and said I was sending up a couple of 7 X 11s  I had done a while ago.

He said:  “Oh, we can’t take those, they are too big!”

So, I swallowed hard and made some even smaller 5 X 7 paintings just for this show.

Hmm, they came out so well, maybe I’ll be doing more of these little chicks.
